Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using this application ("App", "Platform", "Service"), you ("User", "Investor") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this App.

• Platform / App: The USDT-based investment application operated by PowerPe.
• PowerPe / We / Us: The owner and operator of this application.
• User / Investor / You: Any individual using the App.
• USDT: Tether (TRC20) stablecoin on the TRON blockchain.
• Investment: A fixed-term USDT deposit made by a User under the defined plan.
• ROI: Monthly return calculated under the plan rules.
• Referral Income: Commission earned by referring another user.

• You must be 18 years or older to use this App.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that using this App is legal in your jurisdiction.
• PowerPe does not provide services where prohibited by law.

• This App provides a fixed-term digital investment plan denominated in USDT.
• This is not a bank deposit, savings account, or regulated financial product.
• Returns are based on the internal plan structure and are not guaranteed profits.
• Cryptocurrency investments involve risk, including technical, regulatory, and operational risks.

• All transactions are conducted only in USDT (TRC20 on the TRON blockchain).
• Deposits made on any other network or token are not supported and may be lost.
• PowerPe is not responsible for incorrect network usage by the User.

5.1 Minimum Investment

• Minimum investment amount: 100 USDT per investment.
• Users may create multiple investments, each treated independently.

5.2 Investment Duration

• Each investment has a fixed duration of 25 months.
• The investment cannot be paused, extended, or modified.

• Monthly ROI rate: 8%.
• ROI is credited once per month and adjusts against the principal.

Example:

Investment: 1000 USDT · Monthly ROI: 80 USDT

After 4 months → ROI: 320 USDT · Remaining principal: 680 USDT.

• ROI payments reduce the remaining principal over time.
• Remaining principal can never be negative.

• Even if the principal becomes zero before month 25, ROI continues until month 25.
• The final ROI payment in month 25 completes the plan.
• Total payout over 25 months equals 200% of the original investment.
• After completion, the investment is marked Completed and closed.

8.1 Early Closure Window

• An investment may be closed only within the first 12 months.
• From month 13 onward, the investment is locked.

8.2 Early Closure Conditions

• User must withdraw the full remaining principal amount.
• Partial principal withdrawal is not permitted.
• Upon early closure: investment closes, ROI and referral income stop, and it cannot be reactivated.

• After 12 months, principal withdrawal and cancellation are not allowed.
• The investment continues automatically until month 25.

10.1 Eligibility

• Users may earn referral income by referring another User.
• The referrer is not required to invest.

10.2 Commission Rates

• All direct referrals → 0.5% monthly (credited up to 25 months per investment)
• Direct Bonus → One-time 5% payout when a referral activates with at least 100 USDT
• Leadership income → 0.2% per level across 10 levels (2% total) once eligibility criteria are met

10.3 Duration

• Referral income is paid monthly for up to 25 months.
• Income is tied to a specific investment.

Referral income stops immediately if the referred investment is closed early or completed.

• Each User has one internal USDT wallet.
• Wallet balances change only via verified deposits, ROI, referrals, or approved withdrawals.
• All wallet transactions are logged and auditable.

• Deposits require sending USDT (TRC20) to PowerPe's address.
• Users must submit the correct transaction hash.
• Credit occurs only after blockchain verification.
• PowerPe is not responsible for incorrect hashes, amounts, or networks.

• Processed according to plan rules.
• Early principal withdrawal only within first 12 months and for full remaining principal.
• Processing time may vary with blockchain conditions.
• Withdrawal fees (if any) are disclosed separately.

• Cryptocurrency values and regulations may change.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
• Technical issues or force majeure events may occur.
• You use the App at your own risk.

• Do not exploit the system, reuse TX hashes, manipulate referrals, or use the App unlawfully.
• Violations may result in suspension or termination without notice.

PowerPe may suspend/terminate accounts, freeze wallets, or reject deposits/withdrawals if suspicious or illegal activity is detected.

• PowerPe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Liability is limited to the User's available wallet balance.

• PowerPe may update these Terms at any time.
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in PowerPe's operating jurisdiction.

By registering, depositing, or investing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation.
